I think its more than one, Ridley Scott spent time at airplane graveyards while making Alien so I imagine the sets for the Nostromo came from several different planes.

nope, there's one main notable one, a few of which type where stripped out and attached to the walls of the corridor, the flight deck etc i also believe the chairs were from there
