You're confusing Bishop with Ash (the android from Alien), but yes, I do think the queen sensed he wasn't human (just an obstacle to get past) giving Bishop quite a glorious "meal scene".

i noticed the same thing. i watched aliens on a plane last week, and noticed that after she had ripped bishop in half (which is SO gory even though we know bishops synthetic), she ignores him. the part when bishop is tracking her across the room, and he looks terrified, is great...i always thought it would be great if she devoured him, just for the sake of gore and horror, with him laying there helpless.
