I found this on the net...don't think it's been posted yet....nothing to significantly new....but still worth a read.

This bit of information was pretty interesting, if it's accurate..
"The star map leads to the same planet that the ship in “Alien” will visit 30 years later"
Read that before and i think there is a missprint or miss quote!
As i do think that we are looking at two different planetiods as in LV223 and LV426 and not a LV223 that becomes LV426

@RickK....yeah i am not sure about that bit of information either...but other stuff like..
(Behind the Prometheus legend is the idea that “the gods want to limit their creations; they might want to dethrone God,” said Mr. Lindelof)...
Found that rather interesting....oh and ofcause Vickers calling David a toaster...lol

Yeah, that "same planet" stuff is just the reporter's lack of knowledge, similar to his assertion that the aliens burst out of the stomach instead of the chest.
What I found interesting is this: "Guy Pearce also appears in various guises as Peter Weyland"
That could just be a reference to the TED talk, but it could also be confirmation that we see more of Guy in this movie than his interview led us to believe.
